About the Special Issue Editor

Charles Steinfield is a professor in the Department of Telecommunication at Michigan State University. He is currently on sabbatical, and working as a visiting professor in the faculty of Technology, Policy and Management at Delft University of Technology and as a visiting researcher at the Telematics Institute in the Netherlands. His primary areas of research are on the organizational impacts of e-commerce and computer supported collaborative work. His work in both of these areas has been funded by the National Science Foundation.
